I rarely review places only when it’s really bad. I’ve been working next-door to this Dunkin’ Donuts for just shy of six years and I’ve been coming almost every morning on and off. Absolutely the nastiest Dunkin donuts in the Chicago loop area. I WILL NEVER COME IN HERE AGAIN!! I have tried to give them a chance over and over again but today I was actually really appalled at what happened. Now the male cashier that took my order was very professional and took my order great, however the cook in the back or on the side was terrible. I ordered a tomatoe presto sandwich with grilled cheese. He gave me the sandwich in a box that he had grease all on it ........read full review

The smug faced cashier and other staff is as disinterested in being here as you can imagine. Messed up my order even after I specifically told them what I wanted. They clearly don’t understand English and dont take orders correctly. See other reviews if you are not convinced. Don’t spoil you day with a messed up order like me and go somewhere else.
