“There coffee is always fresh and so are there muffins. The bathroom is super clean which I find to be important. The store is kept very clean at all times. The workers and staff are nice, sweet and they very fast and will get your coffee ready in 15 seconds even when they are at there busiest. I buy there frozen coffee drink. And all there flavors are fresh and they serve to please the customer. These workers are very hard workers, the manager is also nice. He knows what he is doing. I recommend you won't be disappointed at this location.Parking: There is plenty of parking. “This Dunkin' is my favorite to frequent. I appreciate how the staff is friendly, attentive, and super epic. The coffee served is consistently delicious, I can count on my usual order (medium iced coffee, one cream + caramel swirl) also being consistent. Which is surprising because Dunkin' is notoriously like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get. “In the past, I absolutely HATED this location! I'm an area residential owner and took a chance last month after years of refusing to patronize. I was extremely impressed with the customer service, managers, and swiftness of the drive thru. I was elated by the fact that this is one of the few locations that still "BAKES FRESH DONUTS DAILY"!!!! Needless to say, I've probably put on a few extra pounds this month. I honestly had been visiting at least 3xs a week. My children tasted the difference in the Dunkin donuts freshness. Kudos to the owner and team. Today, though I changed my outlook on customer service there. A shift leader was extremely RUDE and argumentative with me when I asked who was the manager of the establishment. I took my donuts back because there were black specs all over them as well as some in the box. Possibly coffee, but I was going to get a different batch, but compliment the changes and this employee would rather argue than tell me the name of the manager. Overall, this place has great donuts and service normally. Please stress better customer relations training with employees and explain the importance of not becoming argumentative and quickly/quietly resolving issues. You never know who your customer may be!Parking: There is ample private parking for the establishment with at least 20+ parking spaces for customers.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on a main Avenue and single level. There are two door entrances.“

So in total I give this location 4 stars, but I'm leaving this review mainly for my visit today 1/12 around noon where I stopped in to use a free drink coupon expiring today. after i ordered though, I was told their app/card reader was malfunctioning. once I mentioned the coupon and expiration, another worker said she would honor the coupon which she did. the fact that they were so quick to remedy an issue that I'm sure is going to be giving them grief all day, is something I really appreciate, and it takes someone with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to be able to do so. thank you to the three ladies who helped me and made my drink today! you all get 5stars.“

I stop by omw way to work and either on my lunch or omw home just so I can get thee best croissant bacon egg and cheese sandwich known to man. Nicole makes it to perfection not shy with the bacon cooked to a crisp and loaded with my fav toppings that she remembers each time. Everybody knows Dunkin' has thee best tater tots but I've noticed some locations will not cook them properly so U get left with potatoe mushy mess but when Nicky makes em they are a lil taste of heaven. The mango refresher is banging or the carmel macchiato is to die for. If you want thee best fast food breakfast experience at lunch or dinner you gotta stop at this Dunkin' on Grand & Ashland from 2:30pm-9-9:30pm cuz Nicky is Amazing!!!!“
