Late night spot near home but not late night taste. Their tacos are delicious. I've brought my friend here and they feel the same. I normally order chicken tacos with cilantro, onions and cheese. They are always good and fast. I wish they took card payments - that's the one drawback. I'll have to try other items on menu one day soon and check back on my review.
I don't like the fact that this business does not accept credit or debit cards. They have an ATM machine that charges you an additional $3 fee on top of your bill in order to pay for your food. When a business does not accept every form of payment, it becomes a red flag for me and indicates tax invasion. My advice, drive to Burito Jalisco, where they accept all forms of payment, the food is a 10, and its within a few miles.

Update: Just snagged some dinner for taco Tuesday for the family. Is it hard to get 100% of orders correct 100% of the time yup, but El Gallo is a neighborhood gem. For those giving 1 star, it's likely they aren't local to the area and definitely didn't speak up if there was an issue. We've eaten here more 100 times and maybe had 3 mess ups all which we fixed.Food: A+, Staff: A+, it's cash and they haven't changed prices for over 5 years because of it.And if you are waiting...read full review
