Ever has some problems.1. The servers are so hypnotically handsome that it’s hard to concentrate.2. Each dish is so profoundly delicious and innovative that you become disoriented.3. Wine pairings here are an emotional science. A methodical fantasy.4. The interior is transportive.5. Staff so friendly you can ask them anything about the food or prep and there’s no “dis”or cold look.6. Wow.
Words cannot adequately describe this experience. The food is supremely superb and the service cannot be beat. The atmosphere is serene and elegant. I cannot wait to return and see what new creations Chef Duffy conjures up!

Update: We were generously welcomed back to Ever for a second go at the experience and it was starkly different and very enjoyable. The food was well executed and the service was incredibly personal. They somehow recognized me and addressed me by first name when entering which was very impressive!
