“That’s my favorite place no matter what. I’ll try different subs restaurants but Jersey Mike’s still in the top is still ahead of everybody else. Somebody promoted a French slice meat and when I get there, they not even sliced the meat the meat already sliced right here and jersey Mike’s slice in my face ready to go from the big piece slice to my bread. This is the way fresh. It is right here condiments very fresh Employees they are very friendly and very attended and definitely definitely. This is my favorite place. “I had the Giant sub it was okay I think maybe if I had toasted it, it would have been better it was ok for my first time but it wasn't a lot of meat choices but I will be going back and trying something different next time any recommendations I will be happy to “
“If there was no order accuracy issues this would have been a 5 star review. The sandwiches have always been delicious however I had to go back as my order was incorrect. I ordered the steak sandwich on white as there is a wheat allergy in our household. Upon returning the sandwiches I was given a refund and my sandwiches was replaced however upon reaching home we saw the we were given chicken instead of steak. I took it on the chin and just ate the sandwich as I did not feel like going back for a 2nd time. Other than that great food and great service. Order accuracy must be addressed however.“
“Upside: Philly steak was as good as the last time I ate at one (at 95th and Crawford down in Evergreen Park, back in 2017, no less!), so there's uniformity of quality - which is what you want from a fast food chain.Downside: same assortment of chips that ends up at Potbelly's or Subway. “I had a Friendsgiving planned so I placed a catering order. I called to let them know I was running a bit behind but they were very nice and accommodating. I’ve never been inside until this day, when I went in it was somewhat filthy looking. Counters were messy like they haven’t been cleaned. The ladies working were very nice to me but a gentleman came in after me and ordered a hot sandwich and one of the workers got frustrated and said something. So I’m not sure if I’ll be back in person, might just order for delivery cause those sandwiches are good.Side note!Sometimes I order a few sandwiches for lunch for my coworkers and I and they completely ignore topping requests and modifications! It’s a bit frustrating because of dietary restrictions but what can you do?“

“Located in the shopping plaza off US60, Jersey Mike's is a great addition to our neighborhood. The bread is fresh and soft. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with onions and peppers that were grilled perfectly. And they weren't stingy with the meat either!!!!! It was grilled to perfection and the cheese was just oooey gooey delicious!“
