This location seems like it may have come under new management in the past few years and whoever is running it is running it like the Navy! Amazing quality every time, super fast, nice people working. Noticeably better than other JJs in the city :)
I’ve been to a lot of Jimmy John’s here in Chicago and I’ve ordered through the app a lot, but this was by far the worst customer experience I’ve had. When I went in, I was never greeted properly and it seemed like I was just being asked like what I wanted just in very nasty and sarcastic way. I probably shouldn’t have brought from here. I have always used the app to order from this store. I live about 6 blocks away and the order is always ready when I get there even though I leave right after I order. The food is what you would expect from Jimmy John's and the workers are always very friendly. Will return here often.
