What a gem of a dessert shop Lickity Split is! Really good to see Rogers Park having a place like this near by. It has that old school ice cream aesthetics interior, which is really awesome. Got their vanilla concrete custard with cookie dough, and that was an amazing treat. I got the regular size and it was just right. Their custard tasted wonderful with the right consistency. I love it I had the cookies and crème with pretzels and cookie crushed up I loved it and I wanted more I got the Dr Pepper cotton candy and when I bought it and walked outside I checked the expiration date it expired 2 months ago so over all I recommend but if you buy anything wrapped up I advise you check the expiration date before buying I still ate the cotton candy though ??(my girlfriend got a stomach ache after eating it not me tho)?????

This is a great place to help that sweet tooth in all of us. The frozen custard dishes are amazing as are the baked goods. They also have a candy section that is like a walk down memory lane. You will see candies that you haven't seen in years (or decades). Well worth the trip no matter how far away you are.
