I had a turkey chop dinner with greens, mac n cheese, & of course the rice and gravy. Everything tasted pretty good. Rice and Gravy wasn’t special. But then again.. how special can rice and gravy get ? lol 9/10 recommend.
I wouldn’t say that this is the best soul food. Meatloaf with rice and gravy could’ve been seasoned better. Mac and cheese was good but every bite tasted like the yams that was next to them. I understand some people don’t mind their food touching but i don’t want to taste yams with EVERY bite of Mac. Bbq chicken was ok and cooked using open pit bbq sauce. Glad I supported a local black business but I probably won’t be returning.
