I recently had the pleasure of dining at Medi Kitchen & Cocktail in Chicago, and it was truly a gastronomic adventure that exceeded all expectations. Went to Medi for a birthday dinner and they did not disappoint. Hummus - delicious. Dolma - handmade and fresh. Fattoush - yum. Falafel - perfect. And the best lamb kabob I’ve ever had.When we told the waitress that we had a birthday in the group, they made an amazing dessert of ice cream and Lebanese cotton candy appear.The only thing I would change is the pita. Fresh, warm pita out of a taboon would have been wonderful. Still, we will be back for sure.
