Great place for breakfast or brunch. I've been to Chicago 10 times and have tried a lot of things. Meli Cafe was the best. Good atmosphere, friendly service and quick service. Exactly what you need for breakfast. The selection is large, from tart to sweet dishes and the portions are just as large. It was delicious. Next time I visit Chicago, I'll go back to Meli Cafe.
Meli Cafe is my favorite brunch spot to grab breakfast foods! They have a unique menu that offers options that don't feel super heavy! The portions are large and they have a great selection of drinks (juices, morning cocktails, coffee). The inside feels like a slightly upscale diner and the servers are friendly/attentive!

Eh, they don't have a restroom inside the restaurant so you have to walk out the door and ask for a hotel pass to use the restroom lolAlso if you're going in a big group keep in mind you can't split the bill, they don't tell you this beforehand AND tip is included. Do one person will have to pay for everything at once, pretty ridiculous but whatever lol
