The pupusas are good and substantial but the wait, customer service, calls to order are a crap shoot. So if you want to spend long periods of time waiting to order or waiting on hold or picking up when they say only to wait some more than this is the place for you. The struggle of setting aside 30 minutes to wait for an order placed over 45 minutes ago isn't worth it to me.
I live in the north side of Chicago and was in the neighborhood and decided to try this place out. I am so glad I did, I will definitely be a repeat customer. The pork pupusas are so delicious! Restaurant is clean and staff is very attentive.
