Debra literally MADE our wedding. Working with Debra and her team was a dream from start to finish. Prices were reasonable, she was so incredibly flexible, I had her cell phone so I could get ahold of her at any time and - of course - the food was GREAT. Not only that but she was literally our 'day of' planner in the sense that she took charge on our wedding day and made sure everything stayed on schedule and ran smoothly without me having to worry. Simply Elegant catered an event for about 40 people and the hors d'oeuvres were really classy! Debra made the menu selection really easy and her recommendations were spot on. There was great variety and each piece looked like care went into making it. They were delicious and made a really positive impression with my guests. There was really great visual impact - excellent food and presentation! Highly recommended.

Debra was wonderful to work with, always available when we had questions, and got exactly what we wanted. Our reception ran smoothly because of her, and we couldn't have had a more wonderful experience.
