This place is always packed so highly recommend ordering first online or you'll be standing there for a while. There's quite a few times that other customers took my pre ordered drink so I only go here when I'm really not in a rush. Other than that, all the staff here are friendly and super nice. They remodeled this location not too long ago, the new interior is very modern and quite aesthetic!
This is one of two Starbucks I go to regularly in my neighborhood. The other one has a container with straws on the pickup counter that people can easily grab from if they want to drink through a straw. This one has the straws hidden so that every single person picking up has to linger around and disrupt the workflow of the busy employees if they want to drink through a straw. Unfortunately I have to come here more often than I’d like based on there being little-to-no quick bites on Southport. The coffee is standard, food is standard, ALWAYS busy. Today they wouldn’t accept my cash because my bills were “too big” yet i’ve been in line and watched others before pay with similar amounts.
