The old guy with glasses who looks grumpy 24/7 refused to make my online order when I went to pickup my order because I used a promo code. His excuse was "our store don't accept promo codes". I know that's a lie because the code would not have worked on non participating locations. Horrible service. He simply didn't want to honor the order because it was a good promotion. The employees are just awful. The worst customer service. They make you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. They always look mad bothered and annoyed like if you’re asking them to do something that’s out of their job title. This subway should be replaced with something else. Gente mal encarada.

The older guy with glasses did not want to hand me pickup order because I did not have receipt with me. Though I admit my fault in not having the receipt available as my partner ordered the food, I gave him the order name and exactly what was in the order; this wasn't good enough for him.He said next time, "bring an ID with the order name." I didn't know showing Government ID for a sandwich was the new policy.Horrible service.
