The Subway employee I interacted with exhibited an unacceptable level of rudeness. Such negative behavior and a complete lack of customer service skills, especially during the night shift, is unacceptable. I strongly urge the management to address this issue promptly to maintain the restaurant's reputation.
Walked in the other day about 8 a.m. and the place was completely empty. No customer's, no body behind the counter to help. I waited shouted for service but nope nada. Not happy with that. ??
