I've never had such a bizarre experience at a fast food place in my life.I placed an online order through the subway app on a Monday at 3:00. Once I got the notification saying it was ready for pickup I walked over to get it (took about 3 min). When I walked in the front door, I realized that I was the only customer inside and that they had just mopped the floor. there's just something wrong with the middle-aged guy who's working there.... takes forever just to make a sandwich even when i put in an order from ubereats. the food is good but like duh, how do you mess up a sandwich especially when its made in front of you. just slow, unclear, & looks like he's off of something. he's not all there truly.

I walked in there to pick up a subway. I had to use the restroom but they barricaded the hallway so you cannot use the restroom. I was told to go across the street to the jewel by this person who could barely speak English. Thank goodness there are lots of other subways around because this one is definitely off my list.
