After making me wait to order at the drive thru, The manager was impatient while I ordered my food. When giving her the amount I owed her she began to hum the jeopardy theme song. Her attitude was terrible from start to finish and there were no salads available and the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered was very dry.
This location is a joke!!! 15 min in line only 2 in front of me and they are giving people half orders and not putting anything in computer that's why they messing up. I just decided to go next door to their competition I remember why I haven't came here in years again.They should just close this place down already. I came 3x and I always leave with no food because of them. I rather go to Harlem location and this one is only less then half a mile away.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been too (and I love Wendy’s). Staff is rude and has no sense of urgency. No proper greeting food is sloppy. I have been in person and ordered on Uber Eats. Ordered on Uber Eats today and the wait was so long they had to assign FOUR different drivers and the food STILL wasn’t ready. I had to cancel and ask for a refund. I’m officially DONE supporting this Wendy’s!
