Bone broth was great! Quick and easy, and affordable too. We were in and out in less than an hour on a Wednesday evening, and we picked so much that we had to pack the rest to go! Service was super friendly and quick!
You pay by weight and they let you pick what you want to include. There are a variety of soups for spicy eaters. You're a bit limited on your broths for non-spicy but their original mild isn't too spicy if you can handle some spice. Very good alternative to expensive hot pot places, everything is very reasonably priced. $12.99/lb as of March 2024 and you can customize your meal whether you want to load up on beef, eat a lot of veggies, or have a lot of noodles. Sauce bar also has all you need. Definitely a great alternative to Haidilao, Liuyishou, etc. Had the spicy soup and the Tom yum and both were excellent.
