First time coming to Texas RoadHouse! Unfortunate wait for 45 minutes but a shoutout to our server Kayla-She was an ANGEL and was absolutely perfect at her job! So friendly and attentive, checked on us multiple times to be sure we were well situated. As someone who has managed a team and done customer service for years, this girl KNOWS customer service! Thank you for making our first time at this establishment so pleasant!
The services was great, and atmosphere was great .I went with my family, and another member was coming. They made space for her and gave us plate utensil. I would recommend this restaurant.Vegetarian options: I had a salad and pasta dish .

First we used the app to check in. It said 1 hour waiting. Which was as expected. But it was 90 minutes before being seated. 2nd reason food was not as my husband and I ordered. We ordered our steak medium rare. It was cooked to medium. I ordered a side of mushrooms. The mushrooms were on my steak.The waiter was alright. Since they were extremely busy. But the food was upsetting!
