Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 lattes and 1 hot chocolate. 1st of all, I tipped and still received bad service. The 2 lattes came out right away. The hot chocolate took 10 minutes. Pretty sure they forgot. Standing, talking in a big group. Phones in hand. The hot chocolate tasted like water.
The drinks and food are good but the drive thru was so long it took 15mins from start to finish and tried ordering ahead to save time and drinks have not been made in time for pick up, be prepared to kill time in the drive thru lane!

Placed and order on the app and we had barely submitted it as we pulled in the parking lot. Walked in and they were just finishing our order. It was mid afternoon and it looked like there was one car in drive thru and one guest was inside, but they had a great sense of urgency which is always appreciated!
