Never been to Starbucks and I had a great experience with Lori. She was very helpful and informative of the coffees and different pairings that compliments the coffee! Very pleasant first impression, thank you Lori!!
The drive thru cashier was wonderful. Instead of putting condiments inside the bag with your food, it was taped (Sriracha sauce on the outside) of the bag. All companies should do this!!!
