Ordered an order at 3:41pm, once I got my pizza it was wrong. I called back to let them know at 4:01pm, manager said they would deliver the correct pizza. It’s 6:47pm and still have not received the correct pizza. Have called numerous times to either be hung up on or placed on hold for over 45 minutes. Customer service is horrible.
Ordered a pizza it was paid for and never got it so I called and waited for them to pick up the phone for 23 mins and my daughter called and held on for 20 mins and I called this morning and the female who answered the phone said when they are busy they aren’t answering that phone and I said they need to answer because people aren’t getting their orders and the only way to let them know is for them to answer the phone and she said she doesn’t care who tells her that she...read full review
I live in a rural town and they would not deliver to a gas station in their delivery area that is closer for me. Lady first said they would, then person in background said they didn’t want to do that. I’ll never give them my business even in carryout. This was the one on Wood St in Decatur.
