“This is the best Noodles & Company I have been to because of the service! The staff is incredibly friendly and warm, especially Zach. It seems like he has regulars that he knows on a personal basis. I briefly interacted with Ron as well and he was also very nice.“
“Reliable hot dogs and the like. Chocolate shakes are good. Cheese sauce at Deer Frank's is better.Why do they make those poor folks stand out in the cold to take your order though? “Great food, excellent service. My only issue is the cheap plastic silverware. They put so much into the quality of the restaurant, yet they go cheap on the silverware. It's not just here, it's at most McAllisters. Please, upgrade the silverware - at least plastic that doesn't break immediately once you use it.“
“Only reason I don’t give it a 5 is because there has been a couple times where my order was supposed to be ready for take out and I had to wait 20 minutes for it. I come during my lunch hour so that’s a good half hour waisted because of the delay and then I just have 30 mins or less to shove the food basically. The workers seemed to be working pretty fast so I think it may be a short staffed issue.“
