“I love this place! They are always very friendly when we come in and it's never super busy. Their food is reasonably priced and it tastes delicious. My current favorite menu item is their burger and fries. It's always so fresh and the fries are so crispy. My partner always gets their tacos and they love them! They always come with so much food it's like getting a second meal for later. I also love seeing all of the specials they post on their Facebook page. They update it frequently with their offerings and I love seeing the new stuff they bring to the menu.“

It was amazing - I had the 6 piece jerk dinner ( included salad , plantains and red beans & rice under the chicken and a slice of bread ) I had an additional mac and cheese and yams ( they standard size is huge by the way, definitely get your moneys worth ) my total was under $14 before the extra sides I got but it came out to $24 with everything. It included 1 very small sauce but truly that’s all you need.Thank you all again!“
“I'm italian, but not a snob about it. Their food has always been good. Our server was friendly and attentive but not overly attentive (I fund overly attentive annoying). The only complaint is the place can do with a make-over, I think the interior is still the same as it was when the place opened. Don't get me wrong, it still appears to be clean“

“Every visit to UNO has been a great one! The staff there is super accommodating and friendly! They aren’t just drones doing their job, they appear to be genuinely interested in being kind to their patrons.Most places have good service, and UNO had exceptional service. Xavier was super kind and helpful. He was knowledgeable in his response to every request I had and helped me navigate my issues with rewards.The pizza quality is great here! The crusts have a nice crisp and they are still tender. The cheese is gooey and soft even after taking the pizzas home. The sauce is perfectly tart/naturally sweet tasting and not overly sweet like some places. There is generous helping of sauce.They have great deals on pizza! That’s hard to find these days! On top of their great prices there is a rewards system. It definitely makes me want to shop here as much as possible since I am rewarded.I was entirely impressed with their cauliflower crust offering. They also offer gluten-free crust, but I prefer the cauliflower. It’s an add-on fee but it’s still cheaper than getting the same option at literally anywhere else in the area. “So the sandwiches are great, I have had a couple of issues with delivery but when you order from their app they use DoorDash to deliver and I guess sometimes the drivers like the food so much they pick it up and keep it for themselves. When I called the employee was rude about it BUT, when I went up the chain the manager Sarah was great and handling the problem and later got a call from the owner of the location he also wanted to make things right and promised to coach the employees to handle the situation better. Because of the post incident customer service I am willing to give them another chance. Which is why I gave service 3 stars, was just 1 but the follow up was 5. The good however is great... “My friend and her husband were visiting from North Carolina, and wanted to try deep dish pizza before they headed back. They were going to try one place, but it wasn't open at the time they wanted to eat lunch, so we went here instead. We each got the lunch deal that included a personal size pizza and a side. We chose the Parmesan and garlic fries for the side, and it was delicious! The pizza was good, my friends liked it, but we were blown away with the fries! Endless refills and the lunch had us waddling out of the restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly and on top of everything, we didn't need to ask for anything. I wish I could remember her name, but it was 5 days ago, and I just can't temember. But she was awesome and I only hope my friend tipped her well.“
