“Sitting here eating my garlic shrimp leftover from last night and it lost nothing overnight in the refrigerator. We have done take-out as well as eaten in at this family owned gem in Elburn. Parking right out front, service with a smile and authentic, plentiful, delicious food. I suppose they could have lost a star for over-all ambience, but I choose to award that star to a spotless restaurant. White-tiled floors in a restaurant? They have that handled. (Makes it for me every time.) I highly recommend this great addition to the Elburn restaurant scene.“

“The food at this Taco Bell has got to be the best I've ever had!! (No! I haven't been drinking! ?) The veggies are fresh and crunchy, the meat is delish and not greasy, the crunchy tacos are crunchy and the soft ones are soft!! And the staff is ALWAYS really helpful, nice and efficient! I usually "regret" getting fast food but I've never had that issue here and even though it's "fast food" it's ACTUALLY craveable!! ??? Well done to all the staff at this Taco Bell! ?“

“So Los Cantaritos is very good, I ordered 4 steak tacos with cilantro, onions & cheese. The tacos were packed with a lot of meat & such great flavor plus the sides of rice and beans were delicious! I highly recommend checking them out!“

“We've visited Orale Guey three times now and have enjoyed it each time. Margaritas are good, try the cucumber one. The service is friendly and attentive, and all the dishes we have tried we've really liked. We try to order something different each time to explore the menu. Last night I had the Peninsula De Yucatán. Meat was very flavorful and savory. Had that cooked all day taste and feel. I would recommend giving them a try.“

“This is my absolute favorite restaurant in the area! It’s a family owned business with multiple locations, and I’ve gotten to know most of the family over the past year. They really are fantastic people!The food is incredible, savory, extremely fresh, and the portion sizes are wonderful. “Kind of a hidden charmer. I wouldn't have found this if friends had not told me about it. Glad they did. The food was excellent especially the steak, which can be risky at times in type of cuisine. It was not overcooked tender and juicy.The service was attentive but not smothering. The prices were on the upside but the quality of the meal justified it.“

My burrito was fat, the steak was A1, never had egg in a burrito but it's standard issue here and it's delicious. “My first visit. The food was good for Americanized Mexican food. Burritos are quite large and well stuffed including lettuce. Dinner includes Rice and Refried Beans. Seasoning was mild. Taste was pleasant but not what I expected. To this Gringo I was expecting much more flavor.Cost is somewhat high compared to other places. Soft drinks are $3.75 & $4.25.Will I return here. Maybe. Like I said food was not bad at all, just not what would satisfy a craving for "Authentic" Mexican Cuisine.“

“Ordered out tonight from Salsa Verde. Easy to order, food was ready just as I arrived. Always easy to order from this gem of a local favorite. Now the dinner. Ordered the enchilada platter#3, both cheese. Perfectly seasoned and prepared as always, the beans and rice fresh and delicious. We've never had a disappointing experience eating in or ordering out with this fav. Reasonably priced, nice portions, very warm employees. Get over and try Salsa Verde!“

“Never had your tacos before but refuse to pay $3-$6 for a taco. When I saw you were going to be at scarecrow fest in st Charles and your tacos were $1.75, we had to try them. Got them for lunch and then decided to get more for dinner on way home. So delicious and so worth the $1.75. Thank you for helping fill my taco craving, been missing authentic tacos.“

“Frequently go to this location on the weekends for breakfast and their food quality and service is always on point. The staff is very friendly. Location is clean. I'm a vegetarian and often customize the food to remove meat. They've never messed it up. My favorite taco bell in the area. So glad they opened up this location.“

“This is a great taco bell. 98% of the time my food is fantastic. Good portions, and I can only count on 1 hand any mistakes that were made with the last 100+ orders I've had here. Any mistakes I did have were easily solved cuz their customer service is really good. Occasionally they might not grill a burrito if you selected it to be grilled, but it doesn't happen all the time. Either way I really have no complaints about this taco bell. Also has a nice staff and I see they retain staff well so that means they likely treat their employees well.“
