“Heard from a friend that the hot chocolate here was great, so went to try it. Best part: it was descent (but extremely rich). Worst part: a small cup or hot chocolate here costs 8.76! Yes, eight dollars and seventy-six cents (not a typo, lol). Service was good, not much of a wait.“
“My campus organization got our Formal catered by Coralie and were incredibly pleased! The service we received was phenomenal, as the owner (Pascal) was very communicative and flexible when we needed to change plans. He spoke with me to coordinate the order and even provided delivery. The food was beyond delicious and everyone at the event took the extra servings home! We ordered the tomato, lorraine, smoked salmon, and ratatouille quiches, as well as the flan, napoleon, and lemon meringue. They were all delicious and Coralie provided them presliced for us, which made the event go even smoother. Coralie is well worth the price and a lovely local business!“
“These ladies saved the day! I had a horrible experience with another shop and called them in a panic! And not only were they polite and kind to me, they went above and beyond to meet my needs! Would recommend ! 10 out of 10!! Special thanks to Christy!“
“I really liked this place! I work in the area and have been trying for roughly a year to find a nice spot for a burger and a beer. I came here before a basketball game last week and while I am shocked I have never been here before, it won't be my last time. This place is a little bit on the smaller side, but I sat at the bar. It looks like it gets busy often so the servers were kind of running around alot. However, when they did speak to me, they were excellent. I went with their Central Street Melt (their version of a Patty Melt) and that was EXACTLY what I had a taste for! Everything was very good including the fries. They also ran a pretty nice Happy Hour which worked well for my situation. Really the only "downside" was that it looks like they can get overwhelmed quickly as I mentioned that the service was a smidgen slow. Still, that shouldn't keep anybody from coming to this place. If you are looking for an upscale sports bar that is OPEN FOR LUNCH, look no further than Bluestone. I tend to have lunch meetings with vendors. Evanston has been lacking on some hip lunch spots so this is going on the list (sans beer of course!)“
“Was very pleasantly surprised to find the Turkish inspired food on their menu for breakfast. It's a cute little cafe with very sweet employees. I also appreciated how calm their atmosphere is, allowing for conversation without there being a rush.“
“Blaine makes THE BEST King Cakes that would rival any New Orleans bakeries where I'm from that I will no longer have to miss! She bakes them all year round and delivers as well! This talented and busy baker was also kind enough to indulge my questions and honor my requests over the phone. Did I mention the most delicious Paczkis I have EVER tasted? The crew knocked out a long line on a Saturday morning in no time flat. Everything about this place is amazing. Thank you, Blaine, owners, and staff.“
“Definitely a place to people watch as much as just get a coffee. It has a big, open, bright interior. Some table seating and some more lounge-like. Always seems busy but the turnover is pretty fast so I’ve always been able to get a good place to sit. I appreciate that it’s not Starbucks.Parking: If you can grab a street parking spot in front count yourself lucky. It’s hit or miss. Worst case is you have to park a block away.“
