“First I went to the McDonald's and Dempster and Skokie boulevard then I went to the McDonald's on Dempster and Morton Grove I had to turn around and go all the way back to the one in Evanston to get my double cheese like a Mac. The McDonald's on Dempster and Skokie B was so inept they couldn't grasp the concept and ask me if I just wanted my big Mac without the center bun. The McDonald's in Morton Grove tried charging me .99 cents for the lettuce and a $1.19 for the mac sauce. It was so irritating and I refused to pay that ridiculous price, that I went to the McDonald's on Dempster in Evanston. I made my order went to the window, qith minimal charge and I was on my way to deliciousness. Thank you McDonald's Evanston. Whoever trained you guys did it right and you should be an example for the losers West of you and all others. Always great food and service.“
“Now it way better, new people better service, Mariela great customer service, Paulita great customer service, I enjoy going to Mcdonald now..my son love it...thank you.08/26/22. now the attitude of some of them is horrible I use to love going there's still do for my child but I order and pay at the kiosk.. and leave. The dining area said close at 12. Now they close at 9 pm. And if you are still dining. Sad but it not covid is the attitude of some and I was so disappointed. Mcdonald's is and always is a wonderful place to eat.. I never blame Mcdonald only there are employees that need a fresh cup of being nice attitude..it free.“
