“We didn't get the opportunity to eat at this McDonald's. This was actually a pickup spot for an excursion we were taking. But next time we will definitely stop in and dine. Idk who made my caramel iced coffee today, but I asked for extra caramel all the time and this was the first time they lined the cup with caramel..now I wonder what they were doing the other times. This place gets very busy in the afternoon but the staff is fast and food is always good and hot. I gave 4 stars because their seating area is so awkward.“

“First let me say this rating is based on other McDonald’s restaurants and typical fast food you find at McDonalds and not other fancier restaurants. This is a decent McDs but not the best. Iced Coffee was average as the coffee had a bit of a stronger after taste than I’m used to. Also while there is seating inside I can’t say I’d want to eat there as the atmosphere is a bit weak. Is you want a McDs it ok but if you’re in this neighborhood I might try other fast food first.“

“This downtown location is a hidden gem! The reason being is because the staff are super friendly and they make sure that your order is correct. Glen is so sweet and goes above and beyond for the customers. Rachel the manager, is super kind, when she is putting the orders in the bags, she makes sure that what the customer ordered goes in the bag. She is great to her employees and is an example of an exceptional manager. We need more Glen’s and Rachel’s throughout the McDonald’s in the city.“
“Don't order on the drive thru. Especially in the morning. Had my order wrong and then once "fixed" still got it. Then gave me the wrong refund basically stealing money from customers. Is better to order inside cause the driver thru does a horrible job at their work.“

“I don't eat here. I did an Uber pick up here. I don't usually do Uber pick ups at McDonald's bc it's never ready and the staff is usually unfriendly. They are usually occupied during online orders Uber orders and drive-through orders to pay attention to anyone in the lobby. I assume because they have the kiosk so we can place your order there so they don't pay very much attention to the people standing around in the lobby to see if they are placing the order or if they are picking up an order. They just call them out as they get them and never acknowledge you.“
“Service sometimes feels slow, mainly because the togo orders aren't left in the togo window. You need to ask for your order. This might be done this way as a way to prevent people from taking the wrong order, but it's slow and a bit frustrating. Everything else is great.“

“I've always had great experiences at this McDonald's with drive-thru and curbside pick-up. The food is always hot, fresh, and packed well. It has made me constantly come back for more!I did have a minor issue with my mobile app order recently, where I tried to contact corporate to resolve. I figured corporate could resolve it for me, as I didn't mean for them to call the store and have the General Manager (Maria) call me. She was very apologetic (she didn't have to be), offered me a solution, offered a refund, and offered a free meal the next time that I came. “Solid McDonald's - and it's open 24/7. Very nice and quick workers. I have only had two issues with food quality after many visits - once the fryer was broken so they were limiting each customer to one small fry and I once found a chunk of lettuce in my coffee. The fries they gave me were quite old, but understandable. Just wish I knew before ordering a medium fry ahead on the app. For the coffee, the manager was very nice and made sure to make it right.“

“I never had any issue with my food or the service here so kudos for that McDonald’s but $2.89 for a cone of ice cream?!!! Seriously? Shamrock milkshake is $3.89 after tax but the single cone $2.89 after tax?! Wow. “A very convenient McDonald's location inside of the terminal that I ordered from post arrival to Chicago O'Hare International Airport. It is located in a food court with several other options. Its small line was what lured me in along with the craving of an order of large french fries. Along with my large fries, I ordered a shamrock shake being that March is near its end, so I wanted to enjoy this seasonal option while it is still around.I ordered utilizing the fancy kiosk ordering system rather than at the register which seemed faster in a way. The selections on the kiosk ordering system were easy to navigate through as well as placing my order. There were no disappointments in the large french fries nor with the shamrock shake ordered. I was satisfied with the visual appeal of both, along with their taste! All in all, I had a pleasant ordering experience with this McDonald' location.
