I love this place a lot. I think it has the best atmosphere of any coffee/tea place in Evanston. It has much more room than other boba places have to sit down and work or get together with friends. It’s very vibrant but also avoids the frantic, over-packed energy that many popular coffee shops and cafes have. I honestly do not think I have had a significantly bad experience here the past 4-5 years since I started going. I have ordered delivery and pick up and sometimes dine-in. Food, drinks, and snacks are always good and they try to accommodate dietary stuff when possible. The one time they made a mistake the manager offered me a gift card so I could replace my meal for no charge (I think it was like $10 total back then). I definitely recommend their bento boxes!
