We got the bubble teas..sorry but I think this was probably not the best at all. Taro Bubble green tea latte was not good. My husband did not like his taro Bubble tea with milk..we did like the spring rolls. A bit pricey for two small spring rolls though.

I honestly do not think I have had a significantly bad experience here the past 4-5 years since I started going. I have ordered delivery and pick up and sometimes dine-in. Food, drinks, and snacks are always good and they try to accommodate dietary stuff when possible. The one time they made a mistake the manager offered me a gift card so I could replace my meal for no charge (I think it was like $10 total back then). I definitely recommend their bento boxes! They're filling portions that are relatively healthy with veggies and are also super tasty :)

Bubble tea was pretty much just murky water with boba in it. Also got some taro milk tea a while back that might as well just have been milk straight from the jug. Just save your money and go to any of the other bubble tea places in the area

I love this place a lot. I think it has the best atmosphere of any coffee/tea place in Evanston. It has much more room than other boba places have to sit down and work or get together with friends. It’s very vibrant but also avoids the frantic, over-packed energy that many popular coffee shops and cafes have. The “bobaristas” (as they call themselves) are really nice and fun to chat with, and the drinks are fantastic. I usually get the rose oolong as a milk tea with lychee jelly, but sometimes I ask the bobaristas to surprise me, and I haven’t had anything I didn’t like yet. They’ll even make the curry bentos vegetarian for me, and I’m glad they do because the curry is delicious!! My only warning is that if you get a waffle with ice cream, don’t get the fruit on top because it will just fall off. They also stopped ordering the pretty pastel colored straws.Vegetarian options: They’ll make the curry and teriyaki bentos vegetarian if you ask. Other than that, there are spring rolls (highly recommend), waffles, ice cream, and shaved ice.Dietary restrictions: Most of the drinks have caffeine, but there are a few that don’t.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is a ramp, and there aren’t any steps. I haven’t seen any issues but also don’t know what to look for.

Came here on a Sunday (they close at 5). Parking was right in front so that was super convenient. Walked inside and on the right side there was a cute wall filled with mini plushies for pictures. The cashier was super nice and friendly. We ordered Brown Sugar Milk Bubble Tea, a Brown Sugar Latte with Tapioca, a Thai Ice Tea with tapioca and an original Egg Waffle, because the manager said they ran out of the green tea. The wait was short and everything tasted good. Come check this place out if you are ever in the area!
