The food was delicious. It was just not clear about their menu; there were none at the restaurant so there were discrepancies between what I saw online and what I was told I could order. While waiting 12 year olds came in and out with ice cream bars and I couldn't see where they got them from. Glencoe is bizarre.
This was my first time in Glencoe to watch a show at Writer’s Theater, and I stopped by this place for a meal before the show. It seems to be the only Chinese restaurant in the entire town and also one of the few places both open at night and relatively affordable.My friend and I ordered the Walnut Shrimp Special and Sauteed Green Beans. I love their egg rolls. They remind me of Kow Kow that was in Lincolnwood and close about a decade ago. Food is consistent "old school" Chinese food. I always get the Pepper Tomato Beef. Very convenient local food.
