“We stumbled on Tasty House visiting family. This is the best Pho I have had in a long time! Everything is fresh and authentic. Egg rolls taste like they were made to order. There is a home made spicy oil on the table that compliments the Pho perfectly. We only were able to try the one Pho dish tonight, but I'm sure all the food is fantastic. I had an iced Vietnamese coffee the was the perfect sweetness (most are too over powering). My wife had brown sugar milk tee with Lychee boba. It was also very good. Treat yourself and come here!!“

“The food is good but expensive. However, the sushi rice is usually just old white rice. If I was eating in restaurant, I would send my food back for what I actually ordered, but it's delivered so ?‍♀️The boba tea is actually even more expensive than listed, because you're required to choose a boba type for an extra $1+. “Today (Sunday, 1/29), was my 3rd time here! Great visit! I ordered the Ultimate Ace Milk Tea; it was really good —loved its honey flavor and smooth milkiness! The previous times i came here—Saturday 1/21 and Sunday, 1/22---were both great, too! On Saturday, I had the Dragonball Tea; on Sunday, the Grapefruit Lychee Jelly Tea--I'd definitely order both again! I haven't been to a tea house in about 6 or 7 years when I used to make the schlep to Highland Park to Billy Corgan's tea house, Madame Zuzu's! Umbrella Tea House is, so far, the absolute best I've ever been to (closer to home, not as pricey, better ambience, younger/more interesting clientele)! The tea selection is huge and interesting, the ambience is hip and surreal (loved the beautiful, trippy, lit up enchanted forest decor inside, plus the small comfy couch seating in the back, along with all the anime figures on the counter...So very COOL!!! The employees who work here are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! Last, the clientele here is young, diverse and very cool without any pretension--I hung out for 2 hours each visit, loving my awesomely flavorful, relaxing tea and digging the surreal, chilled out vibe of the place and the atom collider of Millennial/Gen Z-ers who flooded the place after I came in each time! You could people watch all day! The first time I came in, a young dude with a long denim dress came in! Today, 4 Pakistani dudes with long black beards in traditional gown-like outfits came in! It was all too cool to see such diversity in 1 spot each time! Definitely coming back a few million more times!!“

It’s located in a small outlet, so parking can be limited since it’s shared. They do have some places to sit and eat but it’s limited especially during peak hours. Portion sizes are very generous and prices are reasonable.-stir fried lamb with onions 5 - lamb meat is very tender, requires very little chewing.-sweet and sour pork with pineapple 5 - most Americanized Chinese places, the pork would be soggy, but here the skin is very crispy. Pork inside is succulent.-shrimp, chive, and egg dumplings 5 - I really liked how they listened to my feedback from last time and added more moisture inside. They were definitely juicier and tastier than before. Skin is thin, good sized dumplings, and flavorful.Rating is 4No, the owners have not changed. I recommend getting dishes that are not the typical Americanized Chinese dishes like mongolian beef. Try something new and different.Dumplings I would give 4/5. “Found Babam this evening just walking around downtown Wheaton. It was such a wonderful discovery! The owner spoke with us for quite a while, and since it was our first visit she made a suggestion. Though most people order cold bubble teas, we were looking for something hot. We went with the pumpkin pie chai, and it was crazy good! They also have Japanese-inspired baked goods. Highly recommend, really fun place.“

The only reason I didn't give it 5 star is the glass jar cup really needs some kind of sleeve for little hands. my 3 year old could not hold it without it being too cold or too slippery. she's a Boba connoisseur and she doesn't have that problem with the standard plastic cup with heat sealed lids, but the glass, while nice touch; isn't compatible with little kids.“

“I've been trying to look a good matcha ice cream place in Chicago for the longest time and I FOUND IT! Releaf is located in the cutest Japanese marketplace, tucked away in the corner amid other restaurants. I got their Black Sesame and Matcha mixed soft serve on a cone. Honestly, there isn't much to say except that it was delicious. The quantity is really great, swirl was aesthetically pleasing to look at, and you can taste both the matcha and black sesame. The staff said that the soft serve is definitely stronger compared to the ice cream scoop. They do serve drinks during their normal operating hour, but after like 6/7pm, they only sell soft serve and ice cream after those times.“

“So happy came upon this place while visiting a store nearby and it was after lunchtime already so decided to go in. Wasn’t too sure about Vietnamese food or Pho but love Ramen so thought would give this a chance. This was the tastiest food ever - a real hidden gem if you have never tried it - give it a try. I will definitely be back to try the Pho. This time we decided to try the bun noodle salads - shrimp with fried egg roll and the pork with fried egg roll. The sauce and ingredients were all so fresh and the shrimp and egg rolls were so nice and crispy. For drinks we had the lime/honey/mint - so good and also the Thai milk tea. Both were so good. We were there kind of late for lunch so no wait and a few customers but some take-outs were going on too. Not sure if this is individual franchise or what but the food is fresh and tasty.Parking: This is a strip mall with plenty of parking with handicap parking spots closest to the Pho door.
