The food was great. the service was terrible. I understand it was busy, but it might be a staffing issue. Ordered beers in the beginning took forever to get them. Then we got a half a glass of beer cause the keg ran out. Got charged on our tab. Wife got another beer finally came at the end of our meal. Bad experience at this location

The food was ok, but it took half an hour for the food to come out, and They messed up my wrap and ghave me afried chicken wrap instead of the whisky river I ordered, and the waiter didn't notice us while I was trying to get his attention. They also put mayo on my wife's sandwich and she asked for NO MAYO. And we had to wait 20 minutes for our 2nd helping of fries. We asked for one last basket of fries for our table and after we waited for 15 minutes, the server passed us and we asked to get them to go. He said ok, but never came back. The service was horrible. We come here on a semi regular basis and never had it this bad!

Though you’ll find a delightful experience with their food, it seems quite pricey. I ordered Royal red Robbin with a medium sized shake and the bill was around $30. Consider signing up for one of their benefits where you earn points as a means to get a free meal eventually. Maybe that could help.

It seems ever time I go the burgers get smaller. But I live the bottomless fries.
Great service! Rocky was awesome--super friendly and engaging. We arrived 30 min before closing and were the only guests. She welcomed us and made the visit a pleasant experience. The food was good and came out quickly. Of course the fries were awesome!!

Had been years since I had been to a Red Robin. The decor has changed over time. Burger was still good.Disappointed with the order of onion straws ordered as an appetizer as they were not hot! Must have been sitting for a while because they were barely warm. Ord the Whiskey Barrel burger, and it has onion straws on it. They were pretty much undercooked. They were not crispy at all.But overall, my burger was cooked as ordered..
