Had been years since I had been to a Red Robin. The decor has changed over time. Burger was still good.Disappointed with the order of onion straws ordered as an appetizer as they were not hot! Must have been sitting for a while because they were barely warm. Ord the Whiskey Barrel burger, and it has onion straws on it. They were pretty much undercooked. They were not crispy at all.But overall, my burger was cooked as ordered..
Food was mediocre, but service was great. Rocky was a great help and extremely attentive. I would go back simply because of how joyful she made my experience. She helped me navigate the menu as a vegan and made the entire process easy. Thanks again Rocky!

Great service! Rocky was awesome--super friendly and engaging. We arrived 30 min before closing and were the only guests. She welcomed us and made the visit a pleasant experience. The food was good and came out quickly. Of course the fries were awesome!!
