“Epic, memorable lunch. We ordered steaks, and they were perfectly prepared and grilled. The strip steak was a perfect medium as requested, and my filet mignon was a delicious medium rare. No gristle, very tender. Barry, our waiter was accommodating, efficient, and flawless. We had 2 special requests that he honored without blinking an eye. Barry's not your run of the mill waiter. He's entertaining and funny without interfering in conversations. From beginning to end, it was a textbook perfect dining experience.“

“Foodwise, is truly a wonderful story, somebody in the kitchen knows what to do and that translates all the way to our braines stirring waves of good sensations.Their turkish culture habits, the hours limitation for certain types of food, do not always overlap with other's schedule or expectations. The staff is very polite and forthcoming but that's so much they can do.The atmosphere is a bit bizzare, the music for example, is not in tune with the specific, the way that the tables are set, suggests rather a train fare than a regular restaurant.Their sweets shop however, is there to take away all possible clouds and make your day.Parking: Plenty of parking“

“Truly cannot say enough great things about Lucca & their staff. We love popping in for dinner, so much so, we chose to host my sister’s wedding shower here last weekend. From the initial planning with Sonia to the day of, we were blown away by the food, service and care we received. There is very little needed in terms of decoration [the space is beautiful as-is] and Sonia and her team did a wonderful job keeping everything running smoothly and on time. We even ended up needing to push our first course back by at least 15 minutes and they still didn’t skip a beat. Nothing felt rushed, behind schedule or off beat in any way. The entire staff was very gracious & accommodating.Did I mention the food? Everyone is still talking about it!10/10 recommend for any event. “We came here to warm up and get a midday snack since we were in the area. We came an hour before closing and there were still plenty of baked goods available. There was also plenty of seating and it was clean inside. I had a blackberry brownie and a blueberry basil matcha latte. I typically dislike sweet drinks so I was hesitant to order the latte. However, it wasn't overly sweet and the flavor was interesting (in a good way). The blackberry brownie was rich and also delicious. My child had a big chocolate chip cookie and devoured it instantly. I wish we came for lunch since there were intriguing menu items but we will be back if we are in the area!“

Wow Atmosphere!We were in a rush to get to the DMV after a quick breakfast, and Egg Harbor delivered with the excellent service by Liliana!We were in and out (on a Tues. morning) within 35 minutes. Everything tasted great, coffee to go and take home containers were thought of in advance! However, we ate everything and didn't need the containers after all. “I was very impressed by Fire and Wine. It has a casual vibe. Obviously a local favorite. Each dish was excellent in taste and presentation. Service was great! Both the hostess and server were happy to share recommendations of their favorite dishes. We had the black pepper shrimp appetizer and the pizza bread for the tasty sauce!! We enjoyed our salads and entrees. We were too full for dessert! As we left, I was impressed at how clean the restaurant was- even after serving such a large crowd. Nice place. Good culture. Their products remind me of the bread and food my Grandma made in Poland. Words cannot describe how fresh and good everything is. We come here at least 1-2 times a week. “This place has special fish Fry during lent. This is a cute irsh brunch spot normally. They had a lot of st paddy's day themed things but I passed. The good. Coffee with actual cream not the pre package junk. Great coffee service as well though it would be nice to add this to the waiting area. The staff was great aaa all the way. The omelets was good, fairly fluffy and a good balance of fillings. The average The pancakes were good not great. I may try some specialty cakes next time. The bad Well good place equals wait time on the weekend. Not sure if that was real maple syrup, if it was it was not the best. The side of potatoes while generous, had little to no flavor. Had to salt and pepper the heck out of them, and just left them in the end.“

“Such an amazing place to eat! The ambience is impeccable, along with the food and drinks. I love that they offer herbal teas and actually serve them loose leaf in glass/stainless steel strainers. They're really paying attention to small details that make such a huge difference. The fact that they offer grass fed meat is so cool, it's hard to find places that are good price bit high quality. This was the perfect place to pick for our date. I got the grilled chicken sandwich... the flavor was phenomenal? my boyfriend got the avocado BLT burger and he said it was delicious! The only note we had was that the fries were cut super thick and some were slightly under cooked, but none were raw and they still tasted amazing, we just think they needed to be fried for another minute or two to be perfect✨ amazing service and just such a cute place. “This is my favorite place for frozen yogurt. Over the past 10 years I've visited many locations, all of which started to decline and inevitably close (Glenview, Park Ridge, Deerfield, Mount Prospect). Schaumburg has been the most consistent location over the years. Algonquin was always pretty good too but my last visit the froyo was watery. I know there are Bloomingdale and Downers Grove locations but I haven't been to those. The location is very clean and although there are typically kids running the locations, the store is always well kept and the toppings station is always full and clean. The froyo is always great, and they always have good flavors. Their machines are typically full. And like I've mentioned always consistent. I've been turned off by other froyo shops where the froyo is priced by the ounce and the froyo comes out of the machine like frozen or watery slush and just a small amount weighs a ton, so you're paying more for less, not to mention not enjoyable froyo. The Schaumburg location the consistency of the yogurt is always spot on. It's never watery, too icy/slushy or bland. I truly believe this location takes pride in their shop. I hope they stay in business forever!“

“So right off the bat, if you like ham in plentiful supply, this is your spot. Pretty busy suburban joint, good for a variety of breakfast items. What I would recommend is anything with ham. I don't know if they have a pig farm in the back but these guys load your plate with ham to the point that white flags come out and pants get unzipped. I had the omelette (with ham, obviously). It was tasty - but the egg ratio to ham was too little. Next time I will, and would recommend the skillet with scrambled eggs. The omelette was super thin, where is the scrambled eggs that my friend had seem more proportional dish . Service was OK, not great. Coffee was not bad, also not great. Fresh squeezed orange juice is lights out though, so I would definitely recommend that. I will definitely go back, just a little bit wiser this time .“

“This was my first time trying Bibibop and I was glad they expanded their locations. Plenty of parking. It’s not far from the Woodfield Mall. Prices were very reasonable because you do get a ton of food for your meal plus the free miso soup. When you walk in, it’s like an Asian version of Chipotle/Subway/Poke Bros where you choose your ingredients in front of you. You choose the base, protein, toppings, and sauces. Ingredients were fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and fast.“

The hostess may have been overwhelmed and not the friendliest, however our waitress was absolutely amazing. She gave great food recommendations and despite being super busy, she was on point with her service. Food and drinks were delicious. It's classic rock mostly, right up my alley, and not played so loud you can't talk to the people at your table. “These days I'm not sure a bakery can really deliver everything one'd hope for in the past. Lezza has a great variety of bakery products, and you'll find some of them to be very reasonably priced. I love the lemon knot cookies and the Italian ice, and you'll find traditional cookies here too as well as danishes and donuts. There are very few independently owned places anymore with variety and low-cost options for treats and coffee, but this is one of them!“

“EPIC save, Wildfire!Short story (you can read my review on Shaw's if you care to search for it), my partner an I decided to go out for Easter, but we were just at Wildfire Oakbrook. We hadn't been to Shaw's Crab House in a few months and chose the Schaumberg location. She made reservations on Friday evening for 5 pm Easter Sunday. We arrive, get seated (in the bar area), and proceed to be ignored for 15 solid minutes. Empty table, empty water glasses, NOBODY serving us. It was bizarre as we had MANY servers and front-of-the-house employees walking past us as we sat on the main path to the kitchen. Nobody even looked at us.It was so uncomfortable. Minutes are going by, we're getting angry. As a couple we start arguing about now where are we going to go? Would we even get in during Easter dinner at any nice restaurant. Ignored, hungry, arguing, and frustrated is NOT what you were looking forward to for Easter!At the 15-minute mark, we took out our phones and started calling places. We all but dismissed Wildfire as it's ALWAYS busy. We took a chance and called. The person who answered said that they were no longer taking walk-ins but had high tops in the bar with full menu service and she could see that they still had 4 or 5 high tops open. Being 3 minutes away, we left Shaw's and immediately drove over to Wildfire.Upon entering we were greeted warmly, "welcome in. How are you doing this evening?" I must have answered enthusiastically because the hostess looked interested in the story. I told her I was the one who just called and was told about the "no walk-ins, but open high top" option. I then told her the abbreviated Shaw's story. She spoke over her shoulder to the Manager on Duty (who heard the story) about accepting us as walk-ins. He immediately approved and sat us within minutes in the dining room! We're impressed and super thankful!Menus handed to us, water delivered seconds later, server arrives 30 seconds after that and takes our cocktail order. My partner now grinning ear to ear! But wait, I can top that! The server sees her gluten free menu and asks if she'd like GF dinner rolls. ABSOLUTELY! Her dinner rolls arrive 4 minutes later, warm, and at just the right crispiness level (she likes a good crunch). We then proceed to "Jon Taffer" (look him up) Shaw's for a solid 10 minutes while feeling really good we're at Wildfire's, getting great service, and getting great food for the SECOND time that week!But wait, I can top that! My sweet girl loves quality fish. Shaw's was chosen because it's has a great selection of fish...but only one dish on the menu noted as GF - walleye. Not her favorite. Our server at Wildfire, tells us that they can prepare most dishes GF but will still check with the chef to make sure. One thing a GF person loves - SELECTION! I can see the hearts in her eyes! The night had been saved in a way that I could not resist writing a review about!But wait, I can top that! My girl is very petite, but eats a good portion when served to-die-for food. After the main dinner, when shown the dessert menu, she really wanted to indulge, but was feeling satisfied. The to go boxes arrive, when our server Jorge presents her to-go GF chocolate cake ON-THE-HOUSE! This is customer-forever magic!Tell me, could you have asked for anything more epic of an evening save?! I mean the Michael Jordan of slam dunks! Shaw's sat us in the bar while Wildfire is setting the bar. That's the difference here.As a parting gift from Shaw's, they later cancelled our reservation on open table. We obviously get notified via the app. One last sharp and insulting reminder of how our Easter dinner started, AND how it was saved. A story I've already repeated 10 times at work just today. "How was your Easter? Have I got a story for you!"Lastly, I do want to give Wildfire Oakbrook HUGE props also. They are closer to home. “Courageous Bakery and Cafe has some solid breakfast and pastry choices. My husband is a huge sucker for breakfast burritos and I am a huge fan of buttery, flakey biscuits. Courageous has both so it's a win-win for us! Besides breakfast, we would typically order croissants, cupcakes, and/or 4 inch birthday cake to go. None of those have disappointed us. The only downside is the horchata loca latte was somewhat mediocre in which both horchata and coffee flavors were underwhelming.“

“Thin crust pizza was good, but not the best I've had. Sauce was not bad, but not great either. Crust was very good--crispy. Cheese was plentiful, but didn't seem to be high quality. We had onions on ours...generous portion. Very sweet onions. Our friends had sausage. Said it was very good. Nice portion. Italian beef melt was very good. Ton of beef on delicious garlic bread. Lots of cheese, but again, not a great quality cheese. Best i can describe it is to say it was kind of like drinking skim milk vs whole milk...if that makes sense. French fries were yummy, but not as hot as they could have been. Bread was served when we sat down. Delicious! Crusty and warm. Ask for their spice blend...it doesn't come out unless you ask for it. It was yummy...oregano, salt, pepper, and not sure what else, but out of this world. Service was great. Georgia was very very nice. We were not offered drink refills, and our water glasses were empty, and never refilled. But overall, we were happy. Prices were very reasonable! Four people--two pizzas, a sandwich, two dinner salads, two soft drinks...$66 before tip. Super nice and friendly people. Good food. Reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this place.“

I ordered it this way because they only had one type of breakfast burrito on their menu so I ordered other things on the side that I also wanted to add to the burrito. Party I was with raved about the crab cakes. Sour cream mashed potatoes was a large portion meant to share and was super creamy. Steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked. The key lime pie was the best I've ever eaten. It was more sweet than tart. Atmosphere was dimly lit and perfect for the room. “Ino's is amazing! They offer a wide varity of Mexican food and everything I have tried is delicious. Having a dedicated Gluten Free facility is also wonderful for someone with Celiac disease.
