“I placed a carry out order and they gave me an approximate time for when the order would be ready, and I was supposed to get a text when it was ready for pickup. I arrived earlier than the estimated time, and the order had been sitting there for awhile, I never received any notifications.“
“Great food, good prices, fast friendly service. Update 6/21/23: food was just ok, there was at least a couple of pieces of jalapeno on a sausage and cheese only pizza. Prices continue to rise and now they ask for a tip when you pay before you receive your food. Not happy and probably not going back.“

“I am in a town that is between Jacksonville and Springfield. I am not familiar with the Jacksonville area so I always go straight to Springfield to run errands and get the things I need.I normally go to the drive through of any KFC in Springfield. Anytime I have ever gone inside to any of them, I have found them to be dirty, the employees are usually loud and disrespectful to each other or even customers. I have often time questioned the integrity of my food.Monday, May 15, 2023I have been finding my way around Jacksonville lately and decided to grab dinner for the family. I have a family of 8 and I hate goi n through drive through with big orders so I decided to go In this time (into Jacksonville, Illinois location on Morton Ave)To my surprise the place was very clean!!! The employees we very calm and collected. I came in at a busy time and everyone had a great line of communication!!! I was very pleased with my visit. Mary was the acting manager at the time. And she had an amazing crew! I will definitely make this my permanent store !“
“I came here for the first time and my experience was great . I had the all-American cheeseburger and boneless wings. The food was delicious, and our waitress did a decent job of checking on us. The only thing I didn't like was the price, but that's to be expected.“
“We purchased a meat lover's pizza on original stuffed crust. The pizza was hot and delicious with an abundance of cheese rolled into the outer edge of the crust. The bread of the crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings were cooked to perfection. Everything was ready on time and the beverage we ordered was chilled in a cooler.“
