“This is my second time here at chi tiva. I visit the location downtown first and second time at the Worth, IL location. My experience completely different from the first time around. I visit location downtown informing workers my first time how they offered to let us sample slushy flavors nice jester….they did not inform me of dosage and explain how it may possibly affect first timer. With that being said I ordered 50mg coffee taking a few sips and telling my sister she immediately told me to go back to check out and order a 10mg let them know it was my first time. I can say my experience second time around at the Worth location with Lori she greeted us and explained everything we were interested in getting letting us know dosages and tolerance level. I mentioned at the end I really appreciate her customer service and explaining super knowledgeable. I told myself I would probably not come back but this experience definitely worth coming back when in town. Thank you!“
“Cozy place also can get flavored coffees. We shared a House crepe and the four of us had combos. I only tasted the Mexican combo and I will try it next time. Lots of fresh fruit came with the crepes, waffle and french toast. Savory crepes are tempting to try as well. I tried nice BBQ crepe in Vermont last year and liked it. Savory crepes are good for lunch and dinner. Managers were very friendly.“

“This is our go-to takeout spot. They have plenty of vegan and gluten free options. The massaman curry and basil fried rice are my personal favorites. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and spices. I've had the chive dumplings, fried tofu, veggie egg roll, cucumber salad. (All marked vegan on the menu which I highly appreciate). The panang curry was waaaay too spicy for me so I'm sticking with massaman. I haven't dined in but whenever I pick up take out, the staff is super friendly and the restaurant has a peaceful atmosphere.“

My friend and I were warmly welcomed in, and Linda led us to the perfect table for 2 older girlfriends having a catch-up lunch.Although the seating is limited because of the restaurant's small, but smartly decorated space, it's obvious from the delicious food, that the quality is in no way affected by size.My friend and I each ordered a crepe and had enough to bring home leftovers for another meal.I ordered the Chicken Mediterranean with artichokes, spinach, tomatoes and mozzarella. It was superb.My friend ordered the special of the day which was a shrimp scampi crepe and it too, was satisfying and worth another trip.We also shared a dessert crepe - Cream Brulle - also so big we could not finish, though we wanted to eat all of it.Truthfully, to fully appreciate this little gem, many visits are required and I plan on executing this plan.“

Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals fully.Our only complaint is that it took 40 minutes for the three of us to be served. “I stopped by BlackBerry market on yesterday and the atmosphere was busy but flowed smoothly. The smell of coffee was invigorating and I got the drip coffee , a chocolate chip cookie, iced peppermint coffee and a raspberry lemon muffin!! “My first visit was at the suggestion of two friends visiting from Colorado and another from Virginia and I couldnt wait to come again for their corned beef. My seocnd visit and always packed and busy .I had a couple friends meet me for brunch on a Saturday. We had an hour wait but not a problem when Nordstrom Rack right next door lol. Our service was a bit slow this time but have a feeling the server was new and was doing his best. As we waited around 20 min to get water at our table . I noticed most had carafes at other table being served after they were sat. That is only suggestion I would make here. We ordered a pitcher of sangria and it was delicious!I had come for their corned beef but they had just taken off the menu but with St Pattys coming I'm sure it ll be back soon. I ended up ordering the smoked salmon benedict which came on a baguette and a small arugula salad . I enjoyed every bite. I love their fresh menu options and variety of healthy choices. “The crème brûlée Cappuccino was great ! I added coconut flavor too . The New York Cheesecake French Toast was super amazing !! It really did taste like cheesecake filling . The other dish that I got was the Chorizo Skilet which was super tastey . I haven’t had that style of chorizo before so it was cool trying it . The potato’s inside of it made the dish so much more tastey !! A little bit spicy but you can expect that with Chorizo . Everything was so homemade and exceeded our expectations. I did wait over 40 minutes for my dishes and cappuccino I understand that maybe making those styled drinks is a process and maybe might need a little more staff for the amount of customer volume and to make these dishes . But my service was good and you can see all the workers are going fast and trying . Overall cute place and amazing homemade food .“
“After driving past Elijah's in the mornings for the last few months I finally decided to stop in and give it a try (you should always try to support local). I ordered a large Black Coffee with a shot of espresso, I even mentioned to the guy making my coffee that it was my first time here and he was polite and said Welcome. (When was the last time you heard someone say welcome?) The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted anything else and I asked If they made there Scones fresh and she said yes we bake daily. I bought a variety to bring to the gig for the crew this morning. My Coffee was made exactly the way I make it at home and the Scones were still warm and made me feel like I was on Arthur Avenue at Morrone's pastry in the Bronx waiting in line for them to come out of the oven fresh. I must give Elijah's Coffee 5 stars today and recommend it to everybody and I will now be a customer. “These days I'm not sure a bakery can really deliver everything one'd hope for in the past. Lezza has a great variety of bakery products, and you'll find some of them to be very reasonably priced. I love the lemon knot cookies and the Italian ice, and you'll find traditional cookies here too as well as danishes and donuts. There are very few independently owned places anymore with variety and low-cost options for treats and coffee, but this is one of them!“

“Cute, cozy place! Went on a weekend and there was a ~15 minute wait. The place is small and can get full quickly. There are larger tables in the back for bigger groups. The staff speaks Spanish and they are all very kind. The drink menu is extensive, and there are tons of Mexican inspired breakfast dishes. I loved that the paninis and sandwhiches came with a side of pasta! I had the cajeta latte, which was very tasty, although I will omit the chocolate/cookie rim next time as it was a bit too much for me. The hot guayaba tea (pictured) almost tasted like ponche; it was very delicious! My one complaint is that our dishes were all brought out separately, and I wish they were all brought in together. Otherwise, great place and would recommend it!“

“Beware this place may become addictive for donut lovers. I think once you visit you will be visiting again for sure! I stopped by to grab just a couple donuts but ended up buying a dozen and a half. I couldn't decide what flavor donuts to buy so I bought three flavored donut including maple/bacon, snickers, blueberry dream and plain. They are mini sized donuts that are made fresh in shop. I also bought a large cold brew with milk which had a good flavor. The lady that helped me was very patient while waiting for me to decide on which donuts to buy. The atmosphere is friendly and seems to be popular with a lot of local people. I will be back for sure! I want to try a few more of the flavored donuts. There is a place to sit outside and a walk up window for a quick stop and shop. They apparently have a lunch as well which includes a hot dog, chips drink and donuts (see menu board photo).
