“The food and coffee are your standard Dunkin’ Donuts fare, of course, but there is a bit of a challenge with the organization of the team. If submitting a mobile order, they will not read the order thoroughly and will not prepare it any more quickly than if ordered at the speaker - completely defeating the purpose of mobile ordering.Additionally, the location is a challenge. The parking lot has two entrances from two major roads, and the drive thru receives traffic entering the line from two directions (as you can’t possibly wrap around to a single entry point), but this is a recipe for traffic jams and sometimes for road ragers to flip their lids.“

“This is my second time here at chi tiva. I visit the location downtown first and second time at the Worth, IL location. My experience completely different from the first time around. I visit location downtown informing workers my first time how they offered to let us sample slushy flavors nice jester….they did not inform me of dosage and explain how it may possibly affect first timer. With that being said I ordered 50mg coffee taking a few sips and telling my sister she immediately told me to go back to check out and order a 10mg let them know it was my first time. I can say my experience second time around at the Worth location with Lori she greeted us and explained everything we were interested in getting letting us know dosages and tolerance level. I mentioned at the end I really appreciate her customer service and explaining super knowledgeable. I told myself I would probably not come back but this experience definitely worth coming back when in town. Thank you!“

“Very friendly lady (reminded me of my grandma) in the front to greet you. Cute little local coffee shop. With great prices after COVID especially. Most coffee shops around Chicago area have raised their prices so was nice to spend less. Obviously i support small business' raising their prices to survive. That's life. I ordered a dirty chai and it was great! Great coffee. However was a bit sweet but that was my fault for rushing to the bathroom and not talking to the kind lady about what sweetness I wanted. ALSO the bathroom is very CLEAN. It was like a home bathroom. Please others keep it clean as well :)“

“I be doing doordash n uber eats, I've been getting orders from there for a while, today I decided to order me some food got me the steak jibarito that comes with arroz con gandules and some sauce on the side n let me sayyy it was delicious, I even got me the chicken empanada n I used the sauce from the jibarito on it n omgggg sooo good. “I’ve been going to Addis for the past 7 years and rarely skip a day… What drew me in was the very best tasting pour over that I’ve ever had and what keeps me coming back is the family feeling: from the friendly crew behind the counter to the local residents who make Addis a must have part of their daily routine, this place is well worth a try. It was delicious. It was a pistachio Tres Leche-like cake with divine frosting. I usually don't indulge in decadent treats, but I'm glad I did. In these weird times, you just have to have a nice treat once and awhile. The owner was very, very nice and offered me Turkish coffee. I like my coffee really strong, but I'll need time to acquire a taste for that. They had a myriad of candies, nuts, homemade logs made with nuts and other yummy looking ingredients and other things i wished they had an English explanation for what they were. They also had beautiful serving sets for, I presume, turkish coffee. The owner said he plans to have more seating and create a little coffee shop. I stopped there after a walk in waterfall glenn with my dogs. What a delightful little excursion and fun discovery today!! I needed this bit of happiness.! It was a nice little gem to discoverP.s. I'm betting this place becomes the Hub of C-Hills relaxation, AM starts, and solid, community networking. These folks nailed it, figured out the formula.Also, I saw the company response to a few negative reviews, and your camera review showed, no such merit in a negative reviews, or bots , but I bring up for not the camera proof rather, the tact and grace employed in the response. “I stopped by BlackBerry market on yesterday and the atmosphere was busy but flowed smoothly. The smell of coffee was invigorating and I got the drip coffee , a chocolate chip cookie, iced peppermint coffee and a raspberry lemon muffin!! Service was smooth and effective, the breakfast items were yummy and fresh!! The coffee of the coffee!! Strong yet tranquil!! Fresh drip is self serve!! Loved that! The iced peppermint coffee was just what I needed !! Let me say this.. after breakfast and coffee.. I came home cooked a full dinner and washed clothing and was done before 1pm! lol energy!!!! We waited about 5 min to order and then about another 15 for the food and drinks. There were only 2 ladies working on a Saturday afternoon. It was pretty busy. I felt bad for the lady making the churros she had alot of orders and it was only her making them. The other was making drinks. We got the mazapan milk shake that was pretty good. Also got the loop churro with Nutella and cookies and cream that was ok. Churro with berries that was also ok. My mother in law got the churro cheesecake she liked it. Some mini churros they were decent. Over all its a good place to try if your craving churros.“

Let's just say, the place is massive. You can bring your entire family in here! My server was sweet, quick to serve and very attentive to me even with a couple of large parties inside. My food took maybe 10 minutes to prepare and bring out. I've seen reviews that said the price was not worth it for the food but that's false news. For $12, this crepe was massive. The strawberries used were fresh, not canned and they were super generous with the portioned. I do recommend they thin out the breading on the crepe a little more but that's it. My only fault with this place was that they don't serve a variety of teas or coffee. You have fountain drinks and lemonades but that's it. I would encourage the business to diversify their beverage menu. I will be sure to return for a panini! My friend ordered the chicken avocado and said it was delicious.“

“Went to the tea tasting with my mother and son. Had such a wonderful time from start to finish smelling and tasting all the different types of tea. Atmosphere was awesome. The owner and the workers were so friendly and amazing.
