“Not only do they always get my order right. The staff is so friendly and kind! I came here with my friends today near closing time...we each got our drinks and enjoyed the atmosphere. I wanted to take another order for my husband before I left. Unfortunately, their card machine wasn't working and I had just got done giving the second order. I didn't have cash on me, just my card. Instead of turning me away, Sonia gave me a free drink! She kept saying, "don't worry about" and "I don't want to see you walk out of here empty handed" SO SWEET OF HER! THEN!....as I was walking out, I dropped MY drink!! I tried my best to clean up my mess. And before I could even turn around to grab my husbands drink....Becky, who was working the coffee machines hands me a brand new iced vanilla cold brew. She remembered my order and also said, "don't worry about, I made you a new one!" I felt so grateful! And they did it all with the sweetest smile on their faces! Sonia and Becky truly are great assets to Starbucks! They are the perfect example of a true barista! Though there are a few Starbucks on Randall, I will always come to this one! “I don’t understand any of the negative reviews! I come here multiple times a week and everyone is so nice! The new group of younger employees are great. Even when lines are long they are calm and not frazzled or rude. I think any negative reviews come from people who have never worked in the service industry.“

“I went to Summer Moon Coffee this morning and got a Mocha Milk Latte. It was absolutely delicious. They also gave my dog a pup cup (with a treat!) that he loved. Customer service was very good. I don't live in the area but I can't wait to go back to try something new! Thanks for the great experience :)“

“My wife and I went to Garden on Main with my daughter and her finance for a late lunch. I was told by a neighbor to try them out. My daughter and I had the soup of the day. ( Can't remember the name but had egg and sausage ) The soup was recommended by our waitress and it was a great choice !! The food was GREAT and the service was just as good !! We joked with one of the waitress the food taste like someone mom made it. She stated that there are two mom's in the kitchen cooking right now. The food was very flavorful, fresh and a lot of it ! Two meals ,one salad ,two soup's ,two ice tea's, one coke and a beer under $100 :) To top it off, my wife went over to check out the different ice cream. Nice gesture, they gave her two free scoops. “It’s awesome to get donuts from Country Donuts. They are open 24/7 and you can watch them make the donuts through the window. They staff are friendly, the donuts are amazing! The staff are very friendly and will greet you by name if you go here enough.“

“Went here for the first time today after stumbling upon it by chance on Google, and was not disappointed in any way. It was reasonably priced and on top of that, the macarons were amazing, my tea latte was delicious, the sandwich was delicious, and staff was friendly. It also helped that they had super cute decor. “I am in love with country donuts! The flavors are so delicious and you can taste the freshness. The lattes are great too! I had their cherry filled chocolate frosted donut which was generously filled, a chocolate glazed, and a lemon cake old fashioned. All were delicious! I also had a white chocolate pecan cookie which was amazing, big and chewy and sweet. Excited to visit many more times and try many more flavors. The prices are cheaper than most coffee/donuts shops. Fantastic donuts! Moist and fresh tasting. I doubt you can go wrong with anything you try at this place. The service is always bright and cheerful every day. “Elder and Oat provided donuts and coffee for dessert at our wedding at the BRIX and the spread of donuts were not only so beautiful but so delicious! We had no leftovers with even ordering enough for the size of our wedding because people couldn’t get enough! We highly recommend using them as your dessert vendor for your wedding!“

“For a delicious, slightly overpriced, 6" Sub Sandwich, in a quaint indie lunch café where you can sit with your laptop for hours unbothered, this may be the perfect place for you. The service is good. The bathrooms are clean. And the many corner windows let in lots of light. Most of the tables here are just for two. But that's okay, because most of the people eating here are 1 + texting. Chips come with your sandwich. Drinks are extra. Cesaroni's is just 1/2 block from the movie theater, and one full block from the Woodstock Village Square, which is delightful. BTW: this is where the movie "Groundhog Day" was filmed. I have eaten at Cesaroni's four times, and the experience was always great. And luckily, at nearly $14 for a sub, it's actually big enough for two.“

“It's a very nice coffee shop with good food and drink selection. Nice environment. Overall it's worth a perfect 5 star review across all fields. My only little personal opinion is not being too fund of the live music on Friday which, depending on you, can potentially kill the mood if you just wanted to relax after the work week. Donno. Not what I envision a coffee shop having as opposed to a bar? If their hours were longer on the other days I'd definitely drop in then instead. Just my thoughts. “Beautiful & delicious gem in Downtown Algonquin.This is truly one of the BEST ice cream I have ever had. The atmosphere is nice. There is a little stage with instruments. If you are a musician the owner will let you play. There is a patio too if you prefer to sit outside. The service was very welcoming and polite. I will definitely be back for more ice cream!We had the non dairy- blueberry and also the Cookies and cream, both were fantastic!“

“Southern Belle's is a really good restaurant. The service is top-notch. The food is cooked fresh. The Southern Belles skillet is by far my favorite breakfast dish. My wife enjoys the Pesto Egg Benedict. Super fresh and yummy. Also the Pancakes are huge, buttery and the house syrup is excellent. Their mixed drinks, brewed drinks and mimosa's are pretty great and well worth it. I had the Chi Tea ice latte and it was fantastic. The price is good.My wife and I have enjoyed Brunch Cafe and Maple n Syrup. But Southern Belle's is by far our favorite place for breakfast. We highly recommend it and like we said the service is excellent. “This place definitely deserves over 5 stars. Beautiful and cozy atmosphere, very friendly staff, never a long wait, and there açaí bowls are top tier. I drove over an hour an half away for açaí bowls in libertyville. I happened to stumble across this place which is now only a 40 min drive. You guys have fresh fruit and definitely give what you pay for.“

“I was told about this new bakery by a friend so I decided to investigate. I was so pleased with all the goods I bought from donuts to danishes to kolacky to bread. So delicious, packaged beautifully and the staff member that attended to me was very knowledgeable about all the items. She was kind enough to share with me her favorites and because of her seeming integrity, knowledge and friendliness, I bought her recommendation. A great addition to Elgin and bakeries.“

“Rob is the best at what he does. Other bike shops call him when they need help. A Mechanics Mechanic so to speak. I bought internet bikes and attempted putting them together but they just weren't right. I called Rob, he told me to bring them in but that hes at least 2 weeks out. It took longer than that but he's super busy and feel it's worth the piece of mind that an actual expert is building my Bike. Price tag is $60 less than Main St bikes. When I picked them up Leah went above and beyond in helping me secure them to my car. They are the best! but know Rob is busy with professional cycling teams and he'll get to it when he can. He even put on a connector for my daughter's bike trailer. If your looking for the bike expert go here. Worth the wait!“

“This charming sandwich shop is a MUST for anyone traveling or living in Illinois! We went there for our first time just after Christmas and had an Outstanding rueben and Scrumptious turkey club. The owner, Chris, even checked up on us and chatted for a bit. Such a Great restaurant and experience!! We're heading back after new years to enjoy more quality food!“

The worst they typically get is average, and the best they typically get is somewhat above average.That said, the usual staff at this location are all wonderful, kind, and accommodating. Particular shout outs to Kaya, David, Gage, Emily, and Peggy.Parking: Right on the square, which sometimes means ample parking, and sometimes not. But that's a city problem, not theirs.“

“Yesterday when I was getting my daughter her usual Frappuccino, I was behind a car of teenagers that were literally screaming at the girl working the drive-through. I think it might’ve pierced her ear drums. I had my windows closed and could hear everything they were screaming at this poor girl. The way she was able to keep her calm and composure while being screamed at by multiple teenagers was most impressive. This happened at 2:45 on December 14 at the Mchenry location off Richmond Road. That girl deserves a raise. I’m not joking when I think there were six people in a small car all screaming at her because they didn’t have what they wanted and were just obnoxious jerks. They are lucky I wasn’t running the drive thru. Kudos to that girlfor her calm composure and politeness. No one deserves to be treated that way.“

“When this location first opened it took over 20 minutes to get a drink and then it was made wrong. I was the only person there so it wasn't a long line issue. I have been there more recently and they are up to speed, making drinks correctly, the interior is always clean and organized, staff is friendly.“

“I've started coming to this location back in May/June and have NEVER had a bad experience or anything to even complain about. ALL the employees are super friendly! One of them even knows my normal drink now! But wanted to write this because I just went in (10/1/21 4:30pm) and the 2 gentlemen working helped me figure out what I wanted! I've never had actually coffee at Starbucks (I normally get Frappuccino's or refreshers) and they helped me pick a coffee that I absolutely LOVE! “First I have to say the young girls working were professional, respectful, responsible, friendly, and overall made our first time visit for ice cream even better. Not very much seating which was ok since we were the only ones there before closing. Flavor variety was good definitely my favorite were the sugar free caramel $ cashew and brownie avalanche (i think thats the name). Also the flavor This "stuff" just got serious was pretty delicious. Exhausted parent minus the bourbon imitation taste would have been good. Overall ice cream was good and decent choices to choose from and nice ice cream place to take the family for a treat. Btw they had a blast coloring chalk all over the wall.“
