“I'm from Michigan and was in town for a day, looking for the best food in the area and I found it! Service was friendly as I walked in and the place looked clean. My food was ready just as I arrived. I had to take mine to go but they had plenty of seating if you would want to stay in and eat. I got the "hot" level tenders and I'd say the spice rating was accurate. Yes, they were hot! The chicken was crispy and juicy and the fries were crispy, too. Just perfect all around! I would definitely stop back if I'm ever in the area again.“

“Let me start off by thanking the original staff for taking back over and turning this place back around. I had a minor unpleasant experience years ago and didn’t bother to return. I had seen signs posted previously about new management, but as quick as I saw them I didn’t any longer. However, last night I was headed home and saw they were still open and thought let me give them a try again! Just from entry you can feel and see the difference! I am so sorry to not have gotten their names, but the, I believe owner and, cashier who checked me out was phenomenal! The chef was awesome too. They both just had such welcoming personable spirits and we stood and talked the whole time the food was being prepared, which made the time fly by. (time flies when you’re having fun!) As we said yesterday, sometimes you don’t know how much a person can need that kindness and I truly appreciate the friendly service I received yesterday. Now! On to that delicious food! I ordered the cat & wing combo which comes with 3 wings and 2 pieces of catfish with fries. Delicious!! I must add that I visited an hour before closing time, so around 10:30-10:40 PM, and as you can see the time does not determine the quality here.. fresh and tasty food all day long! That is also appreciated because you can’t say that all the time about food establishments. The fish was flaky and the wings were juicy. And that sauce? Perfect. True Harold’s mild sauce! And if you know what I mean when I say that, then you know! But if you’ve never had Harold’s and this review is your ticket to try them out, let me just say make sure you include some mild sauce! The wait wasn’t more than 10-15 minutes but I didn’t mind that either not only because of the service, but your food is cooked fresh to order. My meal was perfect, and they even asked about and included the coleslaw! This brought another taste of my home Chicago to my new home in Indiana. If you’ve ever had an unpleasant experience in the past, please give them another try! You will not regret it! And I myself will be back to patron again and again. ❤️“

“Sharks won't sell two piece fish and fries beyond 4:00pm. Requires three piece fish and fries be sold after 4:00pm with inflationary prices added to sales price. In today's inflationary times people shop where they can get the most for their dollar. Unfortunately for Sharks it's cheaper to go to the grocery store and prepair the food yourself. I encourage Americans throughout the US to boycott fast food chains that require their product be sold at larger quantities with inflationary prices attached to it. It's Americans who pay your check not hugs.“
“The food is good. The problem is for whatever reason they are not cutting up the rib tips in smaller pieces to actually look like rib tips. They are big and looking more like slices of ribs instead of rib tips. Hopefully the go back to the old way of preparing the ribs. And the fries. They could give you more when you order a large rib tip. It looks to be the same amount of fries in the large as it is the small.“
