“Epic, memorable lunch. We ordered steaks, and they were perfectly prepared and grilled. The strip steak was a perfect medium as requested, and my filet mignon was a delicious medium rare. No gristle, very tender. Barry, our waiter was accommodating, efficient, and flawless. We had 2 special requests that he honored without blinking an eye. Barry's not your run of the mill waiter. He's entertaining and funny without interfering in conversations. From beginning to end, it was a textbook perfect dining experience.“

“I had the KBBQ at Four Seasons cafe and I cannot express how amazing it was. Everything from the food to the environment was fantastic. An important point to mention is that the menu is not All you can eat, although the staff will allow you to make substitutions when necessary. We chose from options of chicken, beef, and seafood and cooked them to our desire. The meat was seasoned well and tasted amazing, and the experience of cooking it ourselves as a group was an experience I cannot wait to try again. Lastly, the drinks were easily some of the best I’ve ever had, especially the piña colada that was served in a pineapple. If you go to four seasons just for the drinks, you’d be getting your money’s worth. Can’t wait to also try the steaks and lamb chops!Dietary restrictions: Zabiha Halal“

“Mackenzie did an excellent job checking me in. She set the tone for my stay to be very pleasant. She followed a script that let me know that she knows how to make a Titanium Member happy. I called later to ask if the M-Club was open for water and drinks and I was told no by the other lady working the front desk. When I returned to the hotel, Mackenzie told me that the M-Club was open for water and drinks. She did an excellent job!“

“Far and away the best Easter Brunch our family has ever had (and we have had MANY).The variety and quality of food was unparalleled. Usually at a brunch, there are only a few good things and you have hunt for them. With Lucille, everything was excellent. You can check their website, I won’t list the foods. In this day and age, restaurants try to cheap out in small ways like lack of staff or drinks. There was staff all over the place and they were excellent, kind and efficient. Frequently, coffee can be poor and champagne for Mimosa could be less. Even the small things like coffee and champagne were so excellent. They cut no corners and new food kept getting brought out SO fast, I just couldn’t believe it.This year (2024) the price was $100 and after spending time there, I thought it was totally worth it. Unlimited crab claws!! Highly recommended. If you are one of those people, that say you would gladly pay more for high quality food and great service, the Lucille Easter Brunch is your place. I’m looking forward to trying them on other days as well.“
