I don’t think the hotel lives up to its image of being a stand-out hotel. For example: the wifi is terrible and keeps falling out, the M Club Lounge door has a sign saying “if your key card doesn’t work, keep trying”. I kept on trying and it didn’t work … how long do you keep wasting your time doing so? They might as well have put a sign up saying “we don’t care enough to get this fixed”. While staying here for Business over the Holidays, away from family, everyone here made it feel like home. I stay here every time I'm in the area on business and the service from your hospitality team is absolutely unparalleled. Angelica, Mercedes, Andrew, and Prasanna set an exemplary standard that I don't imagine any other hotel will ever be able to compete with.

Mackenzie did an excellent job checking me in. She set the tone for my stay to be very pleasant. She followed a script that let me know that she knows how to make a Titanium Member happy. I called later to ask if the M-Club was open for water and drinks and I was told no by the other lady working the front desk. When I returned to the hotel, Mackenzie told me that the M-Club was open for water and drinks. She did an excellent job!
