This location has gone down hill. It used to be reliable, but as of recently they frequently do not have shakes. My most recent experience was receiving the wrong food in the drive thru.
Staff is friendly at best, polite otherwise. My biggest problem is the tea, it’s absolutely disgusting! Actually the water is. Even the “filter” water is NOT filtered! Please you spring water, NOT tap water.Parking: Overall, plenty of parking

I made an order on their app and when I got to the drive thru their system was down. Waited 10 minutes for them to reboot the system and they still couldn't find my order. I asked what I needed to do and was told to come inside. Drive thru guy was very rude. Inside nobody could help me and was told I needed to reorder.
