“Steel cafe is soo convenient and easy to access with the fastest service. The gym is amazing itself but the cafe has been the best addition to the gym. The workers in there are always so sweet.Anytime I need a little pick me up before a workout I grab a protein coffee and it gives me the best amount of energy and that doesn’t leave me with anxiety.There are so many fresh food options along with drinks and as a picky eater I always find something I love that helps me reach my daily protein intake!“
“Carby eats has been a lifesaver. I was looking for a meal prep service that served foods that I actually like just in a healthier way! Other meal prep services just had chicken and rice for meal preps, which I didn’t want. The greatest thing about Carby eats is there variety of a menu and their ordering options. I order a lot of food from them and their quick customer service allows me to try new foods on their menu when I get tired of one item on their menu. This review is getting long but they are an amazing business with great tasting food that is fresh and taste good. “Fittingly delicious has been my life saver! The meals are high quality, tasty, and great value. Most meals have 25-50g of protein with loads of options 35-45g which is a challenge I’ve found in other services. I get the 20 meal plan and keep meals out for the week and freeze the rest for the following week and they freeze well. I’ve had one or two hiccups but the customer service has been literally impeccable! Super friendly, proactively comes up with a resolution that is beyond satisfaction. The true test in my opinion of how businesses handle when things aren’t always perfection (it happens!) and I’ve been super impressed. I’ve fully switched to lunch and dinner for the month from here and am a devoted customer now. Thanks for providing a high value, High quality, high customer service centric service to Chicagoland! “Not the first time I’ve been to this restaurant, but first time for dinner as I usually join coworkers for lunch. Kind of a different experience as far as entrée sizes and prices. For lunch I feel it’s a moderately good deal but for dinner I was a little surprised at the portion size compared to the price, we did enjoy all of our dishes but having a hard time with the value. The charred cauliflower appetizer was tasty but small portion for over $12. The lasagna Bolognese made with a chicken sausage was equivalent of two large raviolis stacked on top of each other. For $20 I would expect a bigger portion. Overall a higher rating due to the ambience of the restaurant and service was good.“

The shakes are a great way to meet your nutritional needs (like protein) while keeping the calories low and being delicious. “I came a couple of weeks ago with my boyfriend and my sister-in-law. The lady there was so sweet and kind asking us how we found out about her business. (I totally forgot to get her name but i will be going back) The drinks we're filled with great taste the one drink she offered us reminded me of Kool-aid which was nice. I ended up getting the Watermelon cucumber which came with cucumber slices.One thing I would love to recommend as a new business that is starting up is having an open sign and even have lights and pictures of your items on the windows to draw attention to your location. Also, music will give the place a nice vibe. I will be going back again to support this small business and hopefully it will grow to a bigger business :)Kid-friendliness: Made me laugh but they do have a kids drink menu which offered a Roblox tea. I feel like majority of the menu is kid friendly :)Parking: Parking was kind of a hassle, I had to park on Kostner and Le Moyne on the right side by Aldi. In the summer it'll be a nice walk to get a drink, but the winter it'll be a harsh walk. When I asked about parking, the lady said she was trying to get the lot by the store.“

They use Herbalife products for add ons ($2$ extra) I wish that was listed before you started adding in protein scoops etc. I also wish they told you about the combos when you order more than one drink…definitely didn’t mention it the first time there. it’s a very tasty and low key spot. Been back a few times and still good service and drinks!“

“This local protein café/juice bar is an underrated up-and-coming gem. Highly recommend the protein quesadillas, açaí bowls, protein crepes, and protein coffees. There is a wide selection of freshly-crafted coffees, juices, & smoothies for mostly anyone's nutritional/dietary goals. There is something for everyone's nutritional goals, whether it be weight loss or weight gain. Even the vast smoothie options compare to Mexican ice cream shop flavors, such as "La Michoacana" & "La Tropicana". The owner is down-to-earth and really cares about the guests. The service never disappoints. Though the ambiance is still evolving as the cafe keeps developing, I think more decorative accents and couches would be the cherry on top!Other than that, the food quality and service are very up to par for fitness enthusiasts and casual cafe goers alike! Highly recommend!!“

I’ve since moved out of state and it is hard to find a gym in my new location that meets my expectations after such an amazing experience at Focus. My workout plan was tailored to what I needed and wanted to meet my goals. The gym was never crowded and I never felt intimidated walking into the gym. “This is my new favorite spot in La Grange! It is located east of Noodles and Co. on Calendar. It is quite small, but a great place to pick up healthy smoothies and bowls. Most things are dairy free, or vegan. I particularly love their soups! Try them out. The staff is also extremely friendly.“
