“Wow. Best burger I’ve had in awhile…. Very simple but everything was delicious. The employee recommended the smash sauce instead of cheese for dipping fries and I’m glad we listened. ?Kid-friendliness: Smaller burgers for the kiddos was also helpful so they weren’t wasting part of a huge sandwich“
“Yesterday I went to the drive-up window and ordered the four piece chicken nuggets meal, which comes with fries, coleslaw, toast and a drink plus the special sauce. I'm always too busy to sit in the restaurants and eat, so the drive-up windows are my lifeline to good, hot meals. This place is very busy but it's also very efficient, especially the drive-up window service. It's Good food here..“
“This seems to be a good place, clean and neat. Used the take out order.service There was a line when arrived, one employee taking all the orders, doing all the work, very hard working employee! There is another one, she was just standing by a registrar as cashier and not saying anything, or doing anything, was not sure whether the cashier line is open or she is just resting there, did not called out for next customer to be served. There was another employee standing by the soda fountain and playing with his key chains, again not doing anything productive for the store. Price is moderate for the store, but the portion was smaller than expected, quite filling for the portion; but not quite worth the price paid. My order was ready quick, delivered by the employee standing by the cashier, apparently she does know she is at work and does something.“
“Staff member greeted us upon entering the establishment. He promptly asked if we had an order in already and checked to see if it was completed. He was slightly taken aback by the fact that we checked the order based on his expression. Only point of order would have been to ask if everything looked ok. But, he thanked us for coming in.“
“The screen at the drive thru speaker was not working but the person was kind and helpful. Better experience than most drive thru's even without their whole menu display working- there are still places with great customer service out there. Way to go to this TB location!“
“I had two fine experiences at this restaurant this morning. I neglected to place my full order the first time, so I went back through the drive-through to complete it. The staff was friendly and understanding. Nothing over the top about the experiences, I'm just fully satisfied with the interactions. Everyone smiled, thanked me, and wished me a great day. The drive-through was quick and efficient. I got receipts for both of my orders, each with a survey code. My one gripe is that the Latte machine has been broken this week. But we all know the McD drink machine's reliability is sketchy. All my experiences at this location that I can remember have been fine.“
“They were very nice and kind to me. Even with the masks and being hard to be heard properly they were very nice and listened carefully apologize for any inconvenience though they're not being any. Especially the employee dhruvi was so kind and understanding. Great place, look forward to going again!“
“You need to focus on the little things such as customer requests and paid for sauces. I paid for a marinara, 2 ranch, and 1 garlic sauce. When picking up, we asked if all the dips were in the bag, which she had to then add. But she added 4 ranch, which was NOT what I ordered. The sauces are an ongoing issue for us. If they are a paid item, instead of free, they need to be in the bag!“
“The food is fine here but be careful as they will ring you up strange or not give you receipts. Or you will order items and they will not ring the items up and you will be missing items youclearly ordered. We ordered a 8 piece chicken only, mild through the drive through. The server asked if we wanted the meal or the chicken alone. We ordered the chicken alone and the server asked nothing else and we said that is it. We got to the window and were charged for each piece. I'm not sure why they do not have a 8 piece only key/ring up. Maybe if a customer requests certain pieces the individual pieces ring up is useful. We noted that prices went up after the holidays but hey prices are rising everywhere. The previous time we visited this same location we ordered biscuits and the server told us how much the biscuits would be and we told her we wanted biscuits. We didn't get the biscuits but also weren't charged for them (a good thing). So coming here is a mathematical exercise of did I get what I ordered and was I rung up right. The chicken I will report is good and tastes fresh. My family likes it. We went yesterday and we're not given our receipt.“
“I've worked in Morton Grove for 26 years and we have patronized this location often and have always found the food to be consistently great and the service to be Timely and I'm actually on my way there this now! Highly recommend. The Greek gyros are phenomenal and I also love the American Style. Stop by if you're in the area you'll be glad you did“
