It had many, many years since we had last ordered Pizza Hut, mostly because there are no convenient locations near our home. Our cravings got the better of us, and we ordered dinner online and drove 20 minutes to pick it up as delivery was unavailable. The order promised to have the order ready within 16 minutes. Im not sure how good you can see it in the picture but this quality of pizza was disturbing their was barely sauce or cheese the parts that make a great pizza and why is this a thin crust if I ordered hand tossed horrible my poor son was so hungry he ate a few slices but this is unacceptable for $30 what am I paying for it was so dry im so disappointed

We ordered food at 5:58pm said the order was going to be here at 6:18pm. The food didn't get here till 6:45pm and the pizza was cold and we ordered cheese bread but didn't get it and no one picked up the phone. We called like 10 times.
