We ordered food at 5:58pm said the order was going to be here at 6:18pm. The food didn't get here till 6:45pm and the pizza was cold and we ordered cheese bread but didn't get it and no one picked up the phone. We called like 10 times.

It had many, many years since we had last ordered Pizza Hut, mostly because there are no convenient locations near our home. Our cravings got the better of us, and we ordered dinner online and drove 20 minutes to pick it up as delivery was unavailable. The order promised to have the order ready within 16 minutes. I arrived at the time indicated and found that half of the order had not yet begun to be prepared. Others picked up several other orders while I waited. Finally, now 15 minutes late, the order was ready. The order in its entirety was overcooked and poor quality. Too bad, as I have such fond memories of previous experiences.

Im not sure how good you can see it in the picture but this quality of pizza was disturbing their was barely sauce or cheese the parts that make a great pizza and why is this a thin crust if I ordered hand tossed horrible my poor son was so hungry he ate a few slices but this is unacceptable for $30 what am I paying for it was so dry im so disappointed

I haven't been to Pizza Hut in ages! I placed an online order of two pizzas and one pasta.First Pizza: Hand Tossed cheese pizzaSecond pizza: Thin Crust EXTRA CHEESY; Half banana peppers with olives and Half with bell peppers onlyAlfredo Pasta no chickenI went to pick up the order. Before I walked in, there was someone smoking cigarette right outside which I ignored and walked inside. Turned out that was an employee who greeted me at the counter and asked what was my order. Shocked! Because I don't think it's a good impression for the customer service, but again ignored it because I had two kids waiting at home to eat hot pizza. Like I said earlier I haven't ordered in ages so I didn't even check the pizza because I was in too rush to get home to feed the kids. The guy didn't even offer or reminded to check if the pizza looks okay. If I would have seen below image of the pizza at the store, I would have immediately asked for a redo. But all I could have thought about was feeding the kids and put my 100% trust that the pizza will be good, how can it go wrong since it was such a simple order! But they managed to get it wrong. Not sure what they were trying to cut cost on; the sauce or cheese but they literally had more than 1in bread crust left which majority of the time a lot of people don't eat. So that's a waste of money! The sauce and pizza was just soo dry! We have had cheesy hand tossed pizza from Pizza Hut in the past but this just tasted horrible! The thin crust was like eating chips crust and there was no extra cheese. Same issue; pizza was extremely dry and blah tasting. As soon as I got home; I put pizza on the counter and went to do something by then the kids opened the box and took one slice each. As soon as I noticed the pizza and they took a bite, it was a complete turn off! They didn't want to eat it. I called the store right away. The manager's response to my above detail complain and issue was that it was my fault that I didn't check the pizza (which he didn't offer to either) and the most they could have done is give $2-$3 voucher. First of all, what can you really get for that amount at Pizza Hut?? I really just wanted another tasty pizza and didn't care about any credit. I agree that the slices were missing and I was willing to offer bitten slices but they refused to remake the pizza or do anything about it! Pasta (not pictured) which one of my kid had to forcefully eat it because pizza wasn't an option and that tasted blah like plastic! The manager and the person who gave the order and the person smoking all was one same person! EXTREMELY RUDE customer service and HORRIBLE QUALITY of Food!Please save your money and drive a little further down to another Pizza Hut which at least makes decent pizza!PS: they didn't even give any crush pepper or cheese packets which they should have. Oh, also, the manager over the phone while talking to me was using swear words talking to his employees. Someone from the upper management really needs to look into the quality of the food and provide some basic customer service skills to management level of this store!

says on the website and outside of the door that they close at 10:00pm but my family and I went to order a pizza at 9:00pm, we were greeted with a closed and locked door and after trying to call the restaurant a lady came out asking what we were doing at the store, she then stated that for whatever reason they close an hour earlier than their stated hours, very rude and disorderly.

This was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had at Pizza Hut. I got the big New Yorker and the pizza was dry, little to none pepperoni's and the pizza it's self was like ripped in certain areas. I wouldn't recommend it. I will give them that it was done in a timely manner but at my expense for a bad quality pizza
