First of all, Who doesn't Like Honey Baked Hams? I just talked to Mary (Morton Grove, IL location) who was very pleasant, let me tell her what I needed (which is very rare in this fast paced world we live in) and very helpful. I then talked to the New Mgr. Kevin, who was just as polite as Mary was. They walked me through the online ordering system and now I am pretty much worry free thanks to these two lovely people.
