“I use to take my daughter here every Sunday. Unfortunately we've gone elsewhere due to price increases. $6 for a chocolate milk. I use to be able to leave $30. That covered the bill and a generous tip for a dad and a 7yr old. Now $40 hardly pays the bill and an ok tip.“
“Rustic environment with huge fire place. Very comfortable and friendly staff. The food is on the pricey side but if you spend the night that, there is not too many choices nearby. However, Sunday brunch was really good. Lots of choices, made to order omelet, carving station, desserts...“

“This has been a family establishment for us over several generations. Many family members have worked there. We have always enjoyed eating there. The food is delicious and holiday meals are excellent. Thanksgiving day buffet was as good as I can cook at home! Everything was just perfect. They did not overcrowd the seating, which made a very enjoyable evening. The staff has all been very nice and of course, the atmosphere is so cozy.We will continue to eat here for many years to come. Don’t change a thing!“

“The lounge is super cute and drinks are good. I had the pot roast which was outstanding. One of the best I've had. Stacy was my server and she was super sweet and attentive. Took my spiked cider into the lounge and sat in front of the fire. What more do you need on a January day after hiking?? $27 for spiked cider and large serving of pot roast and green beans, reasonable. 10/10 recommend.Vegetarian options: Noticed at least two vegetarians options on the menu. Wasn't looking for them but the portobello sandwich and veggie burger both looked great!“

“Ashanti was so kind and chatted with me! Coming up alone, with kids, is overwhelming and Ashanti made it easy going for me. I could have chatted longer! You've got a great person working for you and I hope you know that! Thanks Ashanti!“
