We went on a Saturday night for some live music. We got charged a cover without knowing it. There was a 20% gratuity added automatically to our bill as well. The customer should be notified upfront about the music cover charge and a gratuity for two people. Typically automatic gratuity does not get added, unless it's a party of six or more.
